Фармакотерапия хронической венозной недостаточности нижних конечностей

Аннотация
Хроническая венозная недостаточность (ХВН) - самая распространенная патология периферической сосудистой системы. Фармакотерапия с использованием веноактивных препаратов - один из основных принципов консервативного лечения как малых, так и осложненных форм. Эффективность терапии во многом связана с выбором флеботропного препарата. Рассмотрены подходы к системной и топической медикаментозной терапии в зависимости от формы и стадии ХВН.
